                Fragmented systems across regions led to inconsistent data, delays in reporting, difficulties in managing operations across all locations. Einhell also struggled to maintain visibility into their inventory which resulted in stockouts and chaos in their global supply chain. Moreover, the inefficient financial reporting hindered their ability to track profitability and resulted in delays in decision-making.
              
            
               To guarantee that Einhell can optimize resource planning and utilization across their global operations, Navtech Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the leading ERP solution on the market. This powerful unified solution streamlined their business processes, offering enhanced visibility to finances, inventory, supply chain and customer data. 
                
                
As part of the end-to-end ERP solution, Navtech provided architecture and development of corporate core database on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The project included the rolling out of the Core Database in 25 different countries. The solution included strategic cooperation with local certified partners in different countries. The project also consisted of the successful migration of the Core Solution from C/AL to different Apps (Extensions) in AL (VSC).
                
To tailor the solution to the needs and business requirements of Einhell, Navtech extended it with EDI Management, Bank Payment System Management, integration with B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms. The all-in-one ERP solution ensures continuous development of new modules and functionalities as well as ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions ranging from NAV 3.1 to Dynamics 365 Business Central, especially for local subsidiaries.
