Navtech Group is proud to announce the successful Go-Live of Knowsley Hall. The implementation consists of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; the platform designed for the hospitality industry – LS Central for Hotels, and the additional Bookings Module, part of LS Central

Knowsley Hall is an exclusive venue and a luxury estate based in the UK.  The estate has been the ancestral home of the Stanley family (the Earls of Derby) since 1385. The history of Knowsley Hall is a remarkable journey through the centuries – with its breathtaking rooms, halls and gardens, the estate has welcomed figures such as William Shakespeare and Edward Lear. Today the premier venue hosts premium wedding, corporate galas, themed-parties and private stays. 


Navtech Group successfully implemented an integrated enterprise solution at Knowsley Hall, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and extended with LS Central. The platform was specifically selected to centralize the estate's bookings, guest communications, and financial tracking into a single source of truth. 

By leveraging LS Central's Bookings Module, the estate now manages complex, luxury events with complete transparency and precision. Navtech Group tailored the system to accommodate Knowsley Hall's diverse and intricate event portfolio, including themed parties, wedding, corporate galas, etc. 

 

Seamless Automation from Inquiry to Execution 

The new architecture bridges the gap between client relations and operations. Through native integrations with SharePoint, wedding planning platforms and electronic signatures, the estate has shifted to a secure, paperless communication model that automatically tracks the entire guest journey - from the initial digital inquiry straight through to signed electronic contracts. 

 

Real-Time Inventory and Financial Control 

Beyond event management, the platform introduces live visibility into physical operations. Front-of-house Point of Sale (POS) devices track every transaction in real time, instantly updating back-end inventory counts down to individual bottles in the wine cellar.
